Who Is The Titus institute for?
The Titus Institute is designed for individuals who believe they are called into ministerial leadership, particularly in the areas of preaching, teaching, and leading within the local church.
This course is intended for those who:
• Demonstrate a desire to grow in biblical knowledge and theological clarity.
• Exhibit evidence of spiritual maturity and faithfulness in the local church.
• Sense a calling toward preaching, teaching, or leadership roles.
• Are willing to be equipped, examined, refined, and developed for ministry.
WHo Is The Titus Institute Suited For?
Because of the focused and formative nature of this cohort, the Titus Institute is best suited for participants who are actively involved in the life of the local church, committed to personal spiritual growth and discipline, willing to receive instruction and correction, and prepared to engage seriously with Scripture and assigned materials.
This course is not designed for casual participation, but for those seeking intentional development toward faithful ministry leadership.
Founder & Lead Instructor-Nate Varnadore
Pastor Nate Varnadore is the Senior Pastor of Providence Baptist Church in Hayes, Virginia, and the founder of the Titus Institute. His ministry is centered on biblical exposition, pastoral discipleship, and the conviction that the local church is the primary place where future leaders should be identified, refined, equipped, and sent.
Nate holds a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry and is pursuing doctoral studies at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Through preaching, mentoring, and leadership development, he seeks to prepare faithful servants who are grounded in Scripture, shaped by godly character, and ready to serve Christ’s church with humility and conviction.
